INCIDENCES SOCIO-ECONOMIQUES ET ENVIRONNEMENTALES DE L’USINE LABEL COLON BENIN (LCB) DE PAOUIGNAN
Résumé
La présente recherche est une contribution à une meilleure connaissance
des incidences socio-économiques et environnementales de l’usine d’égrenage Label Coton du Bénin (LCB) de Paouignan dans la commune de Dassa-Zoumé.
La recherche documentaire et les travaux de terrain ont constitué l’articulation du processus méthodologique utilisé. Les données collectées concernent essentiellement les données statistiques sur la production du coton, les affections courantes chez les ouvriers, les informations sur les effets des activités d’égrenage sur l’environnement, les revenus des populations, etc.
L’analyse des résultats montre que cette usine, à travers ces activités contribue à l’amélioration des conditions socio-économiques des populations. Par ailleurs, les activités de cette usine impactent négativement les composantes environnementales.

Abstract
The present research is a contribution to a better knowledge of the socio-economic and environmental incidences of the factory of shelling Label Cotton of Benign (LCB) of Paouignan in the commune of Dassa-Zoumé.
The information retrieval and the investigations about different the actors are the articulation of the methodological process used. The collected data relate to primarily the statistical data on the production of cotton, the affections current in the workmen, information on the effects of the activities of shelling on the environment, the incomes of the populations, etc.
The analysis of the results shows that this factory, through these activities, contributes to the improvement of the socio-economic conditions of the populations. In addition, the activities of this factory impact the environmental components negatively.
