Résumé
Yopougon, la plus grande commune du District d’Abidjan est en proie à une croissance socio spatio- temporelle parfois illégale. Pour y remédier, les décideurs tentent de mener des actions afin de réorienter l’occupation de l’espace urbain tout en résorbant les secteurs illégaux que sont les quartiers spontanés. Ces actions exigent des décideurs d’avoir une vue synoptique des zones propices et non à toute installation humaine. La combinaison des critères d’altitude et de pente a permis d’identifier le potentiel urbanisable de Yopougon. Les données géographiques utilisées sont adaptées à une telle problématique, car leur intégration a fourni des informations utiles à la prise de décision.
Abstract
Yopougon, the largest commune of Abidjan District is in prey with a sometimes illegal growth socio-spatio-temporal. In order to cure, the decision makers try to take actions in order of reorientation of the occupation of urban space while reabsorbing the illegal sectors which are the spontaneous districts. These actions require decision makers to have a synoptic sight of the favourable zones and not with any human installation. The combination of the criteria of altitude and slope can identify the urbanizable potential of Yopougon. The geographical data used are adapted to such problems, because their integration provided results for the decision- making.
