MICROFINANCE ET CREATION DES RICHESSES AU CONGO
Résumé
La microfinance constitue un ensemble d’activités financières axées sur l’épargne et le crédit en faveur de personnes globalement non bancables. Le caractère innovant de ce mode de financement est le service financier concédé aux pauvres dans un souci de création de richesses. Les établissements de microfinance (EMF) utilisent dès lors, aussi bien dans le mode qu’en République du Congo, des possibilités offertes par les réglementations financières. Bien qu’en moins d’une décennie, ce secteur particulier de la finance s’est élargie pour inclure désormais une gamme de services plus large, en plus du micro-crédit, notamment le crédit bail et l’épargne a u Congo et qu’ une évolution importante des structures de microcrédit a été enregistrée dans le pays, certains facteurs limitant la poursuite de l’expansion et la consolidation des meilleures d’entre elles sont à signaler.
Abstract
The microfinance constitutes a whole of financial activities centered on the saving and the credit in favor of people overall nonnegotiable. The innovating character of this mode of financing is the financial service conceded with the poor in a preoccupation with a creation of richnesses. The establishments of microfinance (EMF) uses consequently, as well in the mode as in Republic of Congo, of the possibilities offered by the financial regulations. Although than one decade, this particular sector of finance widened to include from now on a broader range of services, in addition to the micro-credit, in particular the leasing and the saving in Congo and that a significant evolution of the structures of micro-credit was recorded in the country, certain factors limiting the continuation of the expansion and the consolidation of best of them is to be announced.
